Fisher Creek Neighborhood is a new conservation development offering real estate on the west side of Janesville in south central Wisconsin. With this development, the Austin Conservancy Group LLC plans to restore and protect our family farm’s natural features and carry on our family’s vision of strong connections between a community of people and the land around them. The dream is to create a beautiful, diverse, walkable neighborhood with affordable housing, large natural common spaces, and a vibrant ‘village’ center. We will encourage high quality, environmentally-friendly architectural, energy, and landscaping practices.

Conservancy Ridge

Conservancy Ridge, phase 1 of Fisher Creek Neighborhood, has five beautiful lots developed on a quiet cul-de-sac at the end of Falcon Ridge Drive. Each of these lots is edged by a wooded area along the west side of Fisher Creek. Conservancy Ridge is located on the southwest corner of the former farm and will be connected in the future to the rest of Fisher Creek Neighborhood by a multi-use trail coming through from Rockport Park on the south.
